unlinQ will notify you of the latest Terms & Conditions by message to your email address of record (if provided).

You accept the current fee schedules posted on the unlinQ web site.

With freedom comes responsibility:

You understand that with this type of credit card you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE if your card information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date, or CW2) is stolen or guessed and the card used by an unauthorized party, the loss is entirely yours and no compensation whatsoever is possible.

You understand that unlinQ is not liable in any way whatsoever for any financial or other losses you may experience, in any way, due to network, software or hardware problems of any kind, whether caused by unlinQ or any other party.

You understand that your VirtuCard remains the property of unlinQ and the issuing bank and can be withdrawn at any time.

You understand that you are solely responsible for any and all financial activity even if your instructions are incorrect. You understand that all orders you place are binding contracts between you and unlinQ.

You understand that we can refuse service to any individual or entity we happen to feel like refusing service to, no matter why we happen to feel that way.

You understand that you are responsible for any fees charged by digital currencies.

You understand that this agreement is continuous and shall be binding upon to any successors of unlinQ or of the user.

You understand that if a court or arbitrator in one jurisdiction should find a provision of this agreement unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement and the agreement in other jurisdictions is unaffected.

You understand that unlinQ is not a financial institution and does not accept deposits or conduct any banking operations.

You understand that unlinQ's transaction records shall be conclusive proof of all transactions carried out using the card.

You understand that, unless otherwise noted in this agreement, funds remaining in expired VirtuCards become the property of unlinQ.

You understand that you alone are completely liable for any damage or harm you or others suffer in any way whatsoever, whether due to merchant's refusal to honour your card, aggression, crime, accidental incorrect data entry, website failure or any other problems whatsoever.

You understand that this is the entire agreement between you and unlinQ and that the agreement does not need to be signed by either party to be effective and binding on both parties.
